I emptied my food cabinets, cleaned the shelves, and put everything away along with the food B & A brought over. I should have taken a before picture.

Monday Dinner

Pesto, tomatoes, eggs, parmesan. Baked in a small cast-iron skillet at 350 for 20 minutes. Delicious! Credit to M, who was inspired by a dish at the now-defunct 1063, a cafe in Long Island City.
