My brother and his wife sent me this lovely plant to congratulate me on "getting the job done." That's what we do in our family - we get the job done. And the job I got done was the job of getting a new job. Not to mention the job of figuring out how to just email a post to this blog.

Pass the Dutchy?

What's up with me and the Dutch lately? Last weekend, I cooked and ate a Dutch baby. Isn't it gorgeous? (The picture on Wikipedia looks disgusting.) I should mention that it took me 3 days to eat that.

Lost Dutchman

My sis-in-law and I did the Lost Dutchman 8K Desert Trail Run last weekend. It was awesome. There were several different races to choose from, including a marathon, the main event.
