Pesto, tomatoes, eggs, parmesan. Baked in a small cast-iron skillet at 350 for 20 minutes. Delicious! Credit to M, who was inspired by a dish at the now-defunct 1063, a cafe in Long Island City.

Rabbie Burns's birthday, January 25: Here we are about to enjoy some haggis and a wee dram. I am performing an absolutely delightful rendition (ha!) of the Address to the Haggis. Six hours later, I was violently ill - although neither of my dining companions were. Hmmm.
